Youth Exchange, Career Magazine will give participants opportunity to have an applied training about planning their careers and being employed in the job they are looking for. There will be 8 participants including the group leaders from Spain, Greece, Lithuania, Azerbaijan and 10 participants including the group leaders from Turkey, totally 42 participants. The project will be in Ordu between the dates 15-29 June 2015. During these days all the participants will learn and apply variety of career planning techniques including perfect CV preparation, finding the most wanted job, applying for it, the best job interview, the business life, improving entrepreneurship skills and so on. In addition to that, each participant will have an opportunity to spend their two whole days in a public body or private company as an internship after all the real selection process that these companies use to select their employers. All the young participants will take part in all activities. Furthermore, there will be some social activities such as cultural nights, visiting natural and historical places, promoting Erasmus+ programs. Another aim of the project is to point out socialization and open-mindedness of the youngsters by giving each group a chance to introduce their culture to others. They will also learn to care the other participants' ideas and get a new viewpoint about other countries. As a result, all the participants will learn the various career building techniques that will help them to find the best job to their characteristics and abilities, will have some information about different cultures, will break the stereotypes about Turkey, will have some Turkish friends from local people, and will communicate some local Turkish shopkeepers and workers. Also some potential longer benefits can be sharing what they have learned and experienced here to their organizations’ young members, having good friendship between participants, to cooperate them another time for another project as an organization or personally, visiting Turkey as a tourist for foreign participants, making business in Turkey, teaching what they learned here to their organization members. And also telling good memories about Turkey may break their friends’ stereotypes about Turkey and they will promote Turkey to be an EU member in the near future.
