The objective of the overall CCR project is to foster measures to adapt housing markets to the new needs caused by social and demographic change. It supports small and medium sized cities in their role as engineers of social and economic development, and make them better places to live and invest in. CCR also serves as a pilot project for better utilization of Structural Funds. How: through professional improvement of:-municipal consulting instruments- small and medium cities‘ administrations- private owners‘ know how Expected Results: Intended result: better utilization of structural funds and capacity building, dissemination of lessons learned in all Danube countries
