Andalucia Emprende, Public Foundation, regional reference in supporting start-ups and training for entrepreneurs, wants to develop the specialization of the technical staff through the creation of an expert group on promotion of entrepreneurship in Social Economy. This expert group will be responsible for training entrepreneurs and other technicians staff about the possibilities and advantages of collective entrepreneurship, improving their employability through business self-employment formulas. Participants in this action are experts in Social Economy, university degree and additional training in both entrepreneurship and training for entrepreneurs. The project includes the selection of technical people , previous training and training mobility to Tuscany (concerning the cooperative movement in Europe), where that prepare a specialized course in Social Economy (theoretical and good practices method). The main results of this project are: - The creation and consolidation of a group of experts in social entrepreneurship economy. - Exploring new methods of promotion of entrepreneurship , based on observation of good practice. - The original impulse of collective entrepreneurship initiatives . - The design of innovative educational pathways that promote the formation and entrepreneurship.
