The IES FARO DE MASPALOMAS is a public official education center belonging to the Ministry of Education founded Canarias, located in the main tourist area of Gran Canaria. Among the different lessons taught, has training courses Personal Image (Aesthetics and Barber) and Hospitality and Tourism (Restaurant and Bar, Kitchen) and Administration (Administrative Management and Administration and Finance). In the quality objectives of the Center, we intend to expand training opportunities for our students improve their learning provision in the European framework, through the convening of Erasmus + Program. As an educational center with a quality management system and the pursuit of continuous improvement in European excellence, we feel a responsibility towards our students to expand their employment prospects. Promoting mobility of students / as in Europe promoting the rapprochement of cultures and breaking both social and linguistic boundaries, expanding their opportunities for training and employment, to increase the volume of cooperation with three different countries. Canary, a place of visit of many Europeans (Germans, Italians and Irish mostly) needs to foster the learning of different languages, as the service professions, which in this project is referenced so requires, to improve quality of training of our students. On the other hand, Canarias has become a second home for many Europeans, where they spend long periods. This population is the subject of attention of our future professionals. The project participants are 28 young people aged between 16 and 35 years and 5 teachers, residents in the main tourist town of Gran Canaria and zones of influence. 2 Professor of Vocational Family Personal Image: Its function is to Enhance the professional training of Hair & Beauty, 1 Professor of Vocational Family entertainment: This professional performs the functions / subfunctions management of tourist establishments, production and service delivery, administrative management of hotel departments, quality control and execution of advertising and promotions; several events. Ensures proper reception and accommodation of the customer and the relationship with tour operators and travel agencies that sell the hotel.More concrete activities: To organize, manage and supervise the reception, concierge and communications Students currently enrolled in the first year of their training cycle. In the development phase of the project will meet in their final course where it will conduct its business practices. It is essential for our students / as do part of their training in workplaces companies from Germany, Italy and Ireland and elsewhere in companies Canaries, with this we contribute to improvements in the system of vocational training in Canary considering its entirety and seeking to achieve high levels of quality and innovation to form a highly skilled human capital to respond to changing labor market needs. Therefore, it is important that our alumni / ae dominate some European languages for later implementation, obtaining an improvement in service quality and satisfaction of our visitors. This project will allow us to establish and carry the appropriate channels for future stays / exchanges improvement in Europe with the students and teachers themselves to continue to update their knowledge. With the experience carried out in the notice 2014-15 we have acquired new knowledge that has allowed us to establish new relationships between school and companies in Germany and Ireland. Likewise, we establish new mechanisms for collaboration with other schools and with new European companies using virtual platforms that facilitate the exchange of best teaching practices in the future.
