The framework of this program is the promotion of a greater economic and social cohesion between both archipelagos to promote a greater territorial integration, impelling a social, economic sustainable development and the environmental sustainability. The Administrations of Cabo Verde and the Canary Islands commit themselves to promote actions that lead to reinforce the enterprise partnerships with mutual advantages. With the agreement recently signed, the main object of the present file, is tried to define and to elaborate the Plan of Integral Development of the Islands of Boa Vista and Maio creating an interregional Technical Unit of consultant's office which will compile and study the information available in the matter of tourism and regional planning.
