THE PROJECT CONTEXT The management team of the organisation “ CEIP la Marina” is open to face the challenges of our changing society, therefore quality management is a must. We consider quality management emphasizes positive change and improve efficiency within the organization. Through the rigorous analysis of data we get accurate information about processes,programs and educational initiatives in order to update the “School Educational Project “ PEC which must be revised every year. Compliance level assesment is obtained by means of established indicators and a feedback system to evaluate aspects such as the student achievements,the teaching learning process. management aspects, social implications and relationship with families. The results lead to modify and improve the PGA document (Annual General Programming).Among our priorities are to establish the corporate identity, the mission statement and the values of our organization. PARTICIPANTS The participants belong to the management team, both of them have extensive experience in quality management training: * Director Mª Consuelo Torregrosa Andreu * Head of studies Marina Castillo Martínez RESULTS AND EXPECTED IMPACT We expect results in the different areas mentioned below: * pedagogical effectiveness * efficient teaching and learning process * effective relationship with families * efficient management of financial and material resources * social impact in the community PURPOSES * Continual improvement of the organisation services through modifications in response to our students and their families feedbacks. * Improvement of comunication procedures among the members of the educational community in order to know their concerns,complaints and sugestions. In brief , to assure quality in all organizational processes. Thus, we have to achieve: * Planning training adressed to students, teachers,parents,working staff * Self -assesment to determine corrective actions * Language Normalisation Plan based in current regulation. * To guide our students to integrate them into society All these premises enrich our Educational Project reflected on the mission statement,vision and values and moreover, the participation in European training courses has an effective impact to the daily teaching learning process.
