The information is almost the most important capital of any individual or institution today when the technological developments are even impossible to follow. The giant computer network, the Internet is an indispensible source of information for individuals and institutions. It is predicted that the mobile users will be more than desktop users in 2015, as it is demanded more on each day. As the area of use of the mobile devices and tablets are increased since newer versions are released every day, the product developers for the mobile devices also increase; therefore, the need for the personnel who can develop websites which are compatible with mobile devices, is also increased. In the consortium we formed for the project; Siirt Şirvan Female Technical and Vocational High School is the consortium coordinator; Çorum Female Technical and Vocational High School and Tarsus Technical and Industrial Vocational High Scholl are the members of the consortium. Our project is for 11th and 12th grade students of these schools in the field of Web Programming of Information Technologies. The common problems of the schools are that they cannot find firms serving in the field of web design since they locate in small provinces and sub-provinces. Therefore, our students in the field of Web Programming cannot find a chance to develop. Our project emerged from the idea on learning and implementing new techniques in the field of Mobile Web Design of the Information industry in where they are improved and introduction of this new information in our educational institutions and Information technology industry of the region. By the help of the project, our students will perform the educational activities on Mobile Web Design, they will especially promote to have work-related experiences and they will learn the state-of-art techniques and disciplines of the professional firms. The participants will have the chance to cope with their economical and social disadvantageous by increasing their employment possibilities after they gain new qualifications and proficiencies. The lives of our students, who may have better carriers, salaries and social rights will change positively. Additionally, since they will have better learn a foreign language, they will be aware of European conscious by learning European culture. As the participants will consist of heavily from girls, when they are employed, women employment will be encouraged and other female students will be promoted. As the quality of the labour in our region increase in our region, the service quality of the firms will also increase. The formation of the transnational cooperation will enable the increase in institutional capacities of the schools and the future sustainable partnerships. Our project will be executed according to the management method. A management team will be formed and the team will organize all the project activities. The preparation activities will consist of Introduction, Expression and Presentation methods. During the mobilization activities, the methods of Statement, Show and Done, Practice methods will be employed for the education. During the dissemination activities, Introduction, Expression and Presentation methods will be used to make all the related target groups to be aware of our project. Our project aim to increase the occupational, personal and social qualifications of our participants who will also develop European consciousness; to increase the institutional capacities of our schools; to transfer the innovative implementations to our educational institutions and the industry; and establishment of the sustainable partnerships. The project has also some long run expectations such as; contribution to meet the demand for the qualified Web Designer in our region; forming a new national and international partnerships; establishing the qualified education environment; developing the cooperation between vocational high schools and the industry; and increasing the quality of the occupational education. The student mobility of 40 students, including 1 handicapped student, will start simultaneously between 28th of February and 21st of March, 2015 in the project; the motilities will be towards the firms of “Inforcávado Lda” in Portugal city of Barcelos, “Mediamor” and “Ac Computer” in German city of Cuxhaven, and “Sc Divas SRL” and “Sc Green It SRL” in Romanian city of Baia Mare. There will be 2 attendant teachers for the mobility which our handicapped student will participate and 1 attendant teacher for each other mobility.
