SUMMIT II is an LdV European project that will adapt, promote, disseminate and improve the Training and Information Resources, specifically addressed to the personnel of business incubators, which have been created in the initial SUMMIT project. More specifically, SUMMIT II is designed to provide the incubator sector with the vocational training but especially the practical, everyday management tools needed to successfully design and operate business incubators and realize their in full their growth potential. In order to achieve this, the project will, amongst other things:• Create new training modules and improve the modules that have already been created during the implementation of SUMMIT I• Introduce workshops for trainers to present the training material to the target audience• Organize Pilot workshops to test and promote the package of the existing training materials and to test the new material• Certification from an authorized Awarding Body• Outputs of the project – booklet, CD-ROMs, available online.• Trainer’s Guide that will complement the training modules. This will provide assistance and instructions to the trainer on the optimal ways to commit the participants’ attention and interest by taking into account their background and professional experience.
