„Business for youth is business 4 U” project was a multilateral youth exchange in which 30 young people between 17 and 27 years old from Poland, Romania, Italy, Turkey and Lithuania, together with their 5 leaders and a coach within 11 days were shearing their experiences and acquire competences to promote entrepreneurship. EXCHANGE GOALS WERE: • to raise the awareness of the participants from the European Union on the need to promote and develop entrepreneurship; • to gain the knowledge and improve the skills in the domain of entrepreneurship, but also to gain the amount of knowledge that is necessary to start own business; •to improve the skills of the participants in order to be conscious of the usefulness and the importance of a business plan when starting a company; • to develop and encourage solidarity and tolerance among young people, in particular to strengthen social cohesion in the European Union. • to develop communication and teamwork skills. The participants had the opportunity to spend time in a conducive environment for work and communication within the team to achieve the objectives in the field of entrepreneurship and to discover the cultural differences of each of the participating countries.
