The increase and the expanding of cross border cooperation between the institutional actors of Galati, Romania, Cahul, the Republic of Moldova and Odessa, Izmail, Ukraine with responsibilities in the economic regional development. Expected Results: A properly implemented project: the implementation within the time limit, resources, planned objectives; A project benefiting from a good visibility among the public and a good media reflection: regional stakeholders and beneficiaries, NGOs, local public authorities and other initiative groups (at least 30 units/partner region) will become aware with the project, its objectives and expected results; Appropriate identifying the developing potential of the entrepreneurship in the project area, the business opportunities on long term, the existing and necessary resources and services to support the local economy, the potential support plan for the development of entrepreneurship in Lower Danube cross border region; increasing the information and solution exchange between the interested institutionalized actors in the domain of the economic development;
