Aims of this project is therefore to implement, in the Regione Abruzzo economic system, this certificate as an integrational tool for the companies employment offices in their selection of new personnel, and to therefore introduce a new tool that can facilitate, especially for the young people, the transparency and recognition of qualifications and competences as a way to facilitate personal development, employability and participation in the Labour Market.
