The project is created for 10 students of hairdressing vocational and training high school as well as for 10 students of Vocational Technical High School of Hotel Administration.The training will take place in Rimini in Italy during summer 2015 ( hospitality industry) and in Rimini in Italy during summer 2016 ( hairdressing). The main aim of this project is to gain experience and knowledge about new trends in hairdressing as well as working in hospitality industry in Italy and transfer them into Poland in order to fit requirements of the employers such as creativity instead of school knowledge. Moreover, the purpose of the project is to make young peoples' mobility more easier by acclaiming their transboarder experience. The purpose of making this project is also extending and updating technical vocabulary connected with the hairdressing and hospitality industry in order to increase mobility. The outcome of this project will be also preparation and introduction of the ECVET system for hairdressers and students of hospitality industry according to prepared units of learning outcomes as a part of the future ECVET system. The aim of this project for hairdressers is to make a set of drawings of hairstyles inspirited by Italian style trends. Students of Hotel Administration will make a set of recipes typical for Italian cuisine.
