„BUMBLEBEES” project is an 8 days training programme which will take place in Perkupa, Hungary, in December 2014. The aim of the project is to raise the quality of youth exchanges by enhancing creativity in the methodology and by ensuring that the youth exchange group leaders are implementing their project in real co-operation and according to the requirements of the Erasmus + programme. Our main objectives: • to raise the creativity level of youth exchanges organised under Erasmus plus; • to empower young leaders and equip them with the necessary tools and skills to organise high quality youth exchanges in a creative fashion; • to give an overview of the new Erasmus plus programme, especially youth exchanges and learn how to use it in the best way; • to provide participants with an opportunity to learn about themselves and to discover their own creativity; • to sensitize and open young people towards the neighbouring countries of the EECA region; • Bumblebees also want to extend their network, generate new partnerships and get closer with EU and EECA partner organisations to plan future co-operation. We will build up competencies of the participants in these fields by the methodology of non-formal education. According to this, among our topics are: creativity, creative thinking, non-formal education and supporting non-formal learning processes, intercultural learning, youth exchanges as a tool for enhancing creativity and entrepreneurship. 24 participants from 6 countries will attend the training course, Armenia, Belarus and Ukraine will be represented from the EECA region, while Estonia, Hungary and Turkey will be present from the programme countries of the EU.
