Upgrading competitiveness of cross-border region of Romania-Ukraine-Republic of Moldova by forming the cross border network of innovative infrastructure institutions, increasing their capacity, consolidating them into a joint research space and including the network in the European research space. Expected Results: First Joint Ukrainian-Moldavian-Romanian Plan for expansion of communication and cooperation in technology transfer and promotion of the innovation infrastructure in the cross-border region; Network of innovative infrastructure institutions in cross-border region - 20 institutions of innovation infrastructure involved in joint innovation network of cross-border region; Increasing innovation culture level of the population - 600 persons who will raise their level of innovation culture by taking part in "Week of innovation" about the importance of innovation development in schools and universities in Iasi, Chernivtsi, Suceava, Chisinau; Trilingual catalogue of innovative proposals - 1000 Copies of the catalog of innovative proposals that will be a source of information and innovative research in cross-border region.
