The Association of industry associations and Small Enterprises of Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg County cooperated with Szatmár County in Romania and carriedout a successful programme for supporting the micro- small and medium-sizedenterprises of the two counties. The project included the drawing up of study materialsfor entrepreneurs in Hungarian and in Romanian and organizing training courses basedon said material. A Hungarian-Romanian handicraft service cluster was set up, which isdesigned to benefit the population on both sides of the border through cooperation.This is a useful tool for meeting new European challenges.
