The strategic aim of the project is to achieve a high level of ecological security for the residents of the administrative districts of Uckermark, Barnim and Gryfino by generation of a system for ecological menace defence, for the impact control of serious industrial damages, for the control of natural catastrophes and large-area forest fires. In order to be able to act effectively in case of water pollution, more oil control technology and special technology than available at the moment will be needed. In order to be able to manage the purchased technology and to use it in the intended manner, it is necessary to conduct joint training measures and exercises for all involved persons on a regular basis.
