The Ministry of Education by increasing the use of technology in education started the FATIH project with the aim of increasing the quality of teaching and learning. In the content of FATIH project, our school have had classes quipped with IT tools, renewed its internet infrastructure and opened in service courses for its teachers about basic IT uses. However, the use of IT tools in our school hasn’t reached the expected level. One of the school’s strategic aims is increasing the quality of the process of education and teaching. IT tools are one of the tools that can be used for increasing the quality of the process of learning and teaching. The main aim of our project is the more effective use of IT tools to increase the quality of the process of learning and teaching. In addition, the sub aims that are aimed in the content of the project are; -Using IT tools to constitute a creative class -Using pads in academic year more efficient -Investigating the variant examples of other countries’ about the topic -Setting learning cooperation with in other countries -Improving European culture -Developing our teachers’ language skills is targeted The activity that will be executed within the scope of our Project can be put in an order like: -Preparatory Activities: Within the scope of Project, symposiums and courses will be organized about the language sufficiency, cooperation among cultures, using IT tools. -Abroad Course (Using Pad Course): In activity that will be held in Spain there will be activities on the subject of pads in the purpose of learning and teaching in an efficient way. -Job shadowing activity (Italy): Job shadowing activity will be done in an experienced school about international cooperation and using IT tools in lessons. -Abroad Course Activities (Using IT tools Efficient): In Holland, a course will be done about constitute a more creative class using IT tools. -School Symposium Activities: Information that is gained within the scope of Project will be transferred wide area with in school and activities that will be organized in area. At the time of carrying out the Project, a Project crew will be established. This Project crew will establish lower working groups. Our Project group will establish five crews as lower group of budget, lower group of accommodation and transportation, lower group of communication, the group of domestic activities. The person who will be in charge of being main contact person and coordinator will facilitate the coordination. The results being expected at the end of the Project are that the efficient usage of IT tools in the period of learning and teaching, internationalization of our school, developing the culture of being European, developing life-long learning and also the expectation of the schools in the region to get these results. In a long term, our teachers at school will bring the information they obtain to the schools they go and they will ensure more efficient and creative classes to be established by using IT tools there. With the development of improving the thought of life-long learning and education partnership that will be established with our fellow-workers in Europe , the project’s effects will be felt for a long time.
