The project proposal has been conceived in order to address the problems related to the adjustment of study programmes to the needs of the sector, to bring a contribution to the exchange of best practices through the mobility of students and teachers, to improve the cross cultural skills and attitudes of students for addressing projects with regional relevance and to generate awareness on regional issues. Achievements: A Master degree programme in the field of Renewable Energy Sources was developed, including 14 course modules. 85 students were registered in the 5 countries for the academic year 2011/2012 and 54 students were registered during the year 2013-2014. The cooperative teaching activities using e-seminars contributed to the awareness of students and interested specialists regarding the beenfits of the Master degree study progra of Renewable Energy Sources. A summer school was organised at the Campus of Ovidius University of Constanta with the participation of over 100 students and 20 lecturers.
