Background of the project Together with the institute of Interventions at the Alpen-Adria University in Klagenfurt the customs and traditions should be investigated and recorded. Aim of the project Investigation, recording and saving of local knowledge about ‘Lesachtaler Brot’ Participant 18 students of the HLW Hermagor participate in the Erasmus+ projetct in 2015. About 20-25 students of the HLW Hermagor participate in the Erasmus+ project in 2016. Description: With the help of interviews and opinion polls the students will investigate the local bread ‘BROT’ Technique: Interviews and opinion polls Target results Find differences between local kinds of bread baked in different areas. Further documentation of significance as staple food in different regions or countries. Long-term benefit Awareness raising about the staple food ‘bread’ in the past and for the future
