Our project "bringing Europe together - under one tent" comes after more than 20 years of international experience of the Evangelical Jugendwerk Öhringen in the field of youth work. A wide and structured competence and experience has been collected by a few people who in all this time took care of the projects, found and kept contacts abroad. After all this time, the necessity of structuring and strenghten this knowledge has become urgent, and from that arose the idea of this project. A training where the competences can be shared, among partners which have already walked a stretch together and would like to lay the basis of a long-term collaboration, pointed to young people who are willing to engage for other young people and for themselves too, within the context of European cooperation and beyond the borders of the EU. That´s the main concept of this project, which is bound to take place in Ludwigsburg, Baden Württemberg, in the first days of December 2014, where small groups of young volunteers, coming from the countries of Germany, Italy, Poland and Belarus will meet, discuss about their experience in the youth work, their expectations, fears, wishes, and with the tutoring of more expert leaders with long-term experience in the field, will get to know each other, the different conditions of youth work in the different countries and will work about the planning and realisation of a common youth camp, which is to take place in the following summer. The main topics will be the youth work in general, European youth policies, intercultural communication, practice of youth work and methodological competences, which will be provided by members of the organisations with an academical education in the field of pedagogy and with long experience in practical activities. The results of this project, which will use also the Youth Pass and German national certifications, will be drawn at the end of the project, in accordance with the statement of goals to be prepared together with the partners; among the other it can be listed: - motivate young people to take part in international projects; - provide the necessary competences; - live international work and gain first-hand experience; - get to know the acteurs in different countries with the respective peculiar conditions and work methods,
