"Bring Us Culture And Creativity Vol 3" is a project that continues. We may even say it is a lifelong project as the goals are a part of our vision and mission.Our main goal is to develop the key competences of participants (the volunteer, students of Pärnu Vabakool):Key competences in the shape of knowledge, skills and attitudes appropriate to each context are fundamental for each individual in a knowledge-based society. They provide added value for the labour market, social cohesion and active citizenship by offering flexibility and adaptability, satisfaction and motivation. Key competences that are developed through this project, are:1. Communication in foreing language.2. Learning to learn.3. Sense of initiative and entrepreneurship.4. Cultural awareness and expression.This time we concentrate especially on sense of initiative and enterpreneurship. According to our vision - knowledge is not everything. Knowledge become wisdom only when they have been used and experienced in real life. This project is a great opportunity to fulfill the ambition and goals in real action.By mixing these competences into projects, learning by doing and combining formal and informal learning methods we think the results are quicker and more sustainable.We also plan to work with local organisatsions which makes it practical.As a result we will have an enterpsrising, motivated, bold youngsters with good foreign language skills, which is a value for the rest of their lives.
