one youth exchange in Italy, in September - October 2015, attended by 10 young people aged between 18 and 30 years, plus two leader for each partner country; mobility of youth workers and final evaluation in Spain, in November 2015 with two leader for each partner country. The mobility of youth worker, lasting 5 days and laid in June and November 2015, respectively in France and Spain, had as objective the comparison between the Partner, the observation of the work done by them in favor of the disabled, the programming and the evaluation of the exchange, expected in Septemner - October 2015. The international youth exchange involved the participation of mixed groups of young participants, disabled or not, from partner countries and it was held in Altamura in Italy. The activities of the exchange had focused on non-formal education, active participation, workshops and the preparation of a final show. The objectives of the project were to break down the physical and mental barriers that are obstacles to social inclusion of people with disabilities, start a discussion on best practices for the integration of persons with disabilities, to promote and give visibility to Erasmus Plus in their local communities, encourage intercultural awareness and the ability to enhance the social and cultural diversity as a resource. The project, therefore, the meeting of the partners was the beginning of a partnership for a further time for reflection and planning on issues related to disability and social inclusion, and in fact this is already the intention of the partners to expand the network to other parties, in order to broaden the horizons of intervention.
