The purpose of our project is to create public awareness about wastage which causes serious social damage and to help decreasing it.
We want to work together with our partners and inform the youth with European and neighbour countries about how to prevent and evaluate wastage.
We will work on wastage of bread and prepare various meals to regain stale breads so that they can be consumed again.
The purposes of our project are; preventing bread wastage, working on ways to regain stale bread, making an approach to wastage in economical means and evaluating the practices about it around the world.
By the help of this project, we will make a list of food in which we can use stale bread and prepare various meals with other participating countries.
In our project there will be 36 participants from 6 different countries. Participating countries are:
Georgia, Croatia, Italy, Hungary and Romania.
Interactive learning method will be applied in the project. The participants will be able to improve their liberal education. We believe that we will contribute to the economy by decreasing the bread wastage by recycling them and preparing meals.
