The main aim of the project "Boost your employability, go abroad!" is to promote international programmes and opportunities they offer to gain new knowledge, skills and competences, which are necessary for the youngsters to be competitive on the labour market. In a project we will include one EVS volunteer, aged between 18 and 30, who is unemployed for a longer period and is because of that excluded from social life and unable to be independent.Activities of the project will include promotion of international opportunities, youth work, intercultural activities, designing and implementing volunteer's own project and nevertheless providing mentorship, trainings and recognition of the learning process. Themes, which will be included, are: international mobility, intercultural dialogue, youth work, volunteering, non-formal education, employment.Impact of the project will be seen in professional and personal development of the EVS volunteer and participants of his/her activities, local community, which will be more aware of international opportunities and non-formal education, and both organizations, which will gain new international experiences.
