Observing the youth abstention rate ove the various elections in 2014 shows a notable lack of interest into representative democracy within this category of citizens. In order to change that, it seems overriding to us to develop youth capacity to mobilize around collective actions, to gain political analysis and take responsabilities, thus beeing involved in the different policies. Acting toward the establishment of exchange and dialog areas between youth and decision makers, even at local scale, is in our opinion among the solutions allowing youth to feel involveld in the establishement of the policies. This dialogue is part of a large educational stay. In fact, we whish to highlight a 2 days seminar concluding a 10 days action-research conducted by 350 young people from 15 to 30 years old around the issue of the well being and the social inclusion of youth on the territory on Brèche Noye (Picardy, France). The purpose of the project is to buil a dialogue area between the youth and policy makers in order to build proposals together with the perspective of achieving perennial actions in the future. Moreover, it is important to us that in the end of this project, the participants find interest in the democratic dialogue and convey this interest.
