This Job Shadowing project will take place in a second chance education centre called Bonnybrook Youthreach (Dublin, Ireland). A young youth worker from Russia will come to the Centre in order to learn from the educators of the centre how to facilitate activities with students who come from disadvantaged areas of Dublin and who have complicated family backgrounds. The Project is dedicated to intercultural exchange, breaking stereotypes toward each other and learning new methods of personal development through sport and outdoor activities. The duration of the project will be 19 days and the target group will be young students in Bonnybrook between the ages of 15-19 years. The Russian youth worker (Maxim Yegorov) will implement the new experiences into his work as Coordinator of the "intercultural learning" club for youngsters in Russia.
