The main objective of the project was to: improve professional qualifications ZSCKR students through participation in international work placements. The specific objectives of the project were: a) to improve the linguistic and cultural competences, b) to gain new skills correlated with qualifications c) to improve the knowledge of the culture of another country in Europe, d) to learn to cooperate in a group, to cope with stress, e) to increase self-employment, The project focused on 48 students (class III) of the School of Agricultural Training Centre in Dobryszyce, students of the fields: agricultural mechanization techniques - 14 students + 1 teacher; veterinary technician - 16 students + 2 teachers; techniques, nutrition and catering services - 18 students + 2 teachers Partner organizations in the project were: Associazione A Rocca (Italy - Sicily) - intermediary organization, which organized mobility nutrition and catering services, as well as Vitalis (Germany) - responsible for the mobility within veterinary and agricultural mechanization. The project participants took a 2-week internships in April/ May 2016. The curriculum used various forms of knowledge transfer which enabled the effective implementation of the assumed project objectives and results. Enrichment program with elements of cultural preparation increased personal competence and intercultural project's participants. When constructing the project design PCM - Management was to be assured. Results of the project: - The acquisition of new, practical qualifications by Participants - Obtaining the certificates and the Europass Mobility - An increase in motivation and career aspirations due to increased confidence - The development of interpersonal skills, self-confidence, teamwork skills, responsibility - Increased motivation to strive for self-development - Increase of language skills
