the project Partir pour mieux revenir stands for the promotion of equal opportunities, cultural diversity, social inclusion, mutual understanding , and the intercultural dialogue between young people and institutions of Programme Countries. This project will be developed in the district of Leiria (Portugal) in Porto de Mós and Leiria, and includes 1 Short term activities (15 days), hosting 12 volunteers coming from France We intend to give the possibility to 12 young people, with fewer opportunities to get to know a new country with a different culture, but also to give them the chance to get more independent, to try new things, new experiences, to develop their skills, either in the environmental area, but mostly in the social area. Young people will be integrated in groups of youth from the local hosting organizations, and the main methodology used will be learning by doing. Volunteers will collaborate in the development of local projects, that have as main goal: - Promoting cultural diversity - Promoting social inclusion, mutual understanding, tolerance - Environment protection - Non-formal education - Youth participation
