The overall objective of the project is to help to ease the reluctance of cooperation between universities in the border region and to enhance the communication between the knowledge bases of the region, and between economy stakeholders and universities, promoting cross-border multicultural research partnerships and technology transfer. The dessemination of research conducted by the institutions will be realized by the use of a new solution -  The Ringbook - a technologically simple, environment friendly, flexible method of dissemination, an edition whose pages can be changed based on target group or need; or can be used and distributed separately Achievements: The project aimed at encouraging cooperation between universities in the border region and at enhancing the communication between the knowledge centres of the region promoting cross-border multicultural research partnerships and technology transfer.
