The project has presented some lateral, holistic wellness treatments. Spanish and German concept ideas have been presented. The creation of a new holistic wellness treatment inspired by regional surroundings has been created. Similarities and differences were observed, analyzed and evaluated and were finally improved after having discussed and analysed the advantages and disadvantages to finally get one bilateral, holistic wellness treatment. At the beginning of the project the participants seemed to be passive or shy because of the unknown surroundings and situations.Apart from using English, the participants acquired elementary Spanish language skills, the Spanish beauticians basic German skills to communicate with each other. Because of these preconditions it seemed useful to write one holistic wellness treatment in English, which can be found in the participants' portfolio The most important vocabulary on word lists can be be also found in the portfolio. These words can be looked up and can be used later in their new but unknown wellness facilities, etc.. Even after the project/work placement this portfolio can be used, e.g. when they can be presented to parents, friends, but also to the local, regional, national and international press the results of the project. The participants know different specific wellness concepts and present the different wellness concepts. Later they can also carry out these wellness concepts and show self-confidence. The results of the project as well as the long-term effects are the creation of a bilateral holistic wellness concept , the acquisition of new language skills and last but not least the willingness of work mobility in Europe but maybe in the whole world.
