Eurocaleta and the organizations involved in this project are deeply concerned with the huge rate that Youth Unemployment has reached in Europe nowadays. It could lead to a "Lost Generation" according to the International Labour Organization. So that, "Better Skills = Employability" is a Training Course that aims to be one more tool for fighting youth unemployment situation. Participants in this Training Course will strengthen the ability of being active members, project leaders, youth leaders , youth workers or professionals in the different fields of the partner organizations of this projects. All of this thanks to the improvement of their skills and abilities in the field of youth employability and youth orientation and their key competences. The main project activity is the Training Course to be held from 17th to 23rd of August of 2016 in Cadiz, Spain. The Training Course will gather together 29 youth workers from 9 countries: Estonia, Albania, Spain, Portugal, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Hungary, Italy and Greece. During 7 days we will share and learn together using non formal education methods and workshops for youth workers.
