The main goal of the project was transfer of good practice from Slovenia to Croatia and development of a common and harmonized business zone model. With the realization of an info point, a provision of necessary information in the field of development of business zones and investment opportunities in the cross-border area to small and medium-sized companies, municipalities and other interested subjects was offered. Achievements: By drafting all eight foreseen studies, all main issues regarding the development and construction of a typical business zone have been covered. The extracts of all studies drafted are published in the publication and on the project´s website. A business zone development model has been thus created to be used in various areas and in various production sectors and it can also help to reduce expenses for the development and construction of business zones. Patterns produced in the action can help municipalities (which are usually responsible for the investment) to develop and build business zones in a faster and more economical way. The Slovenian partner, the Chamber of Craft of Sezana, assisted to achieve the cross-border impact by providing necessary information, organizing an info point presentation in their facilities and informing the members about this project on their website. One student was engaged for the info point, and two info point presentations (one in Slovenia and one in Croatia) were carried out. A final event was organised in Pores on 25 July 2008.
