The main aim of the BEST project was to demonstrate to enterprises the financial long-term benefits of investing into VET training programs. This project transfered a successful Polish model of enterprise-VET cooperation with country specific modifications. This project offered practical instructional guidelines for conducting needs and market analysis by VET centers, developing strategies for approaching enterprises for greater financial commitment, and four case studies by country how how to equip and operating training rooms in cooperation with enterprises. This project concentrated on the theme of quality cooperation that will meet labor market needs.
