The experiences of all partners have been included in the management and the quality of new international projects in the future. The organizations got learning institutions, which develop their employees. Networks for foreign and domestic training institutions were strengthened and expanded. In order to present the results at an institutional, regional and sectoral level, a catalogue of good practice examples has been prepared to promote vocational training for the disadvantaged in Hungary, Italy and Finland. So the experience, knowledge can be transmitted in the training practice. The situation of disadvantaged vocational students will improve in cooperation in other projects in the new networks in long term. More disadvantaged students will get the chance to learn a profession according their needs. They will be able to participate in the social life. The trainers were able to determine learning outcomes taking into account the special needs of the disadvantaged, to develop process-oriented concepts, methods to determine target groups and to improve teaching and learning opportunities for the disadvantaged. A European added value was created by editing the topics in the international dialogue with colleagues from other countries with different cultural and professional backgrounds.
