"B.R.A.V.E. Believe in Recognising Abilities and Valuing Experiences" is the project focused on fostering the recognition of key competences and experience sharing as a beneficial element of the improvement in the field of youth work. The main objective is to improve the quality of youth work by increasing the professional development of youth workers and promoting use of innovating solutions derived from sharing good practises. The project has been designed as a result of established partnership and strong cooperation between four partners: Fundacja Rozwoju Miedzykulturowego EBU, The Inside Out Programme, Mundo Inseparável Associação and Associazione-Paese parallelo. The project consists of three actions: two job shadowing experiences and one study visity. All actions respond directly to the needs and expectations of the partners as well as they benefit from the background and experience of each organisation. The project will engage in total 11 participants who are youth workers and professionals involved directly in the local communities of the partner organisations. The methodology used during the project will combine the concepts and tools of non-formal education and life long learning. The results will be mainly linked to improved skills and competences of the participants which will in consequence influance the development of youth work in the local environment. The long term benefit intended by the project is the capacity building activity fostering the partnership between the partners.
