FINISHED
This project Becoming International III continues the line of internationalization that we started in 2014 in our center. In addition, we take a step further to include observation in other European centers that we consider relevant to improve the management and administration of our school and the teaching of foreign languages. Our development plan is designed to meet the identified needs not only in our school but also those that have been detected through the Teacher Training Center for our community. To do this, the mobilities requested aim to create more international professional profiles, support and strengthen the development and training of our teachers, innovate and improve learning systems to motivate students and prevent dropout. Ultimately, we intend to increase the internationalization of our center and to consolidate its position within the educational community as a benchmark of quality education. The mobilities requested in this project are summarized in:- Language training to improve the level of learning of English for two teachers- Specific methodology courses to teach in a foreign language (CLIL) to three teachers- Courses of group dynamics and management of centers for two members of the management team- Periods of observation (shadowing) in different European centers: Holland, Norway, Germany for three teachersThe impact on our center will materialize in obtaining official certification of languages, the teaching of subjects in foreign languages, introducing changes in teaching programs to reflect methodological changes, improved management center mainly on the group dynamics and activities. In the long term, the strengthening of the center is intended as a reference in the education sector in promoting language learning and inclusion of these languages in the training courses taught; consolidate stable relations with other centers and European institutions of the same professional families to improve the employability of our students and this is a value added to strive for optimal positioning within the labor market and, finally, improving preparedness and motivation of all the teachers which impacts on the environment and the quality of the center.
