Our EVS project belongs to Erasmus+ Program, KA-1 and its purpose is to host two volunteers, one of them Polish and the other italian along the period between September 2016 to June 2017 as a support for the international Erasmus students who are staying at the University of León, through the collaboration of our local active members regarding routine tasks in our office, located at the University of León's International Relations building. Such tasks are related to the planning of booking and itinerary of the cultural trips offered to Erasmus students, as well as for his/her future application to them, going as instructor if required. In the office. he/she will also add new local members interested in it by providing them the membership card.We will also promote mobility programs, like Erasmus+ and others to offer more options for personal and proffesional development to the young people in the city on León.Likewise, out of office, volunteers will be asked:- For staying at the Tandem activities which take place every Monday evening in a local site, where we gather youngsters from different both cultures and language in order to exchange times with their mother tongues. Every Tuesday, They will have to make a plan, together with the active members group responsible for the local activities, that prevents the activitiy to be repetitive.- To organize sports activities for erasmus and AEGEE members weekely. Through this activities, they will feel integrate with the local people thanks to the sports and team working.The intercultural mixture and the inclusion will always be present in each activity. Thus, we will foster the open Europe idea approaching among people and, at the same time, volunteers will get a personal enhancing.
