Project Be ready – Come as you are is focused on the development of the local community and volunteering through different activties in two organisation cooperation at local level. Project implemented in the Vysočina region and Pelhřimov town is open to five young people from the European countries who are motivated to be involved and learn through the work with the children, young people, adults and seniors in the local community, also with people with fewer opportunities. The project is aimed at support of the quality and development of the life in the town and surrounding, positive contribution to the life of the civil socitety through the active involvement and engagement in the NGOs working with children, youth and social work, public events and activities. One part of the project is oriented on youth work, youth leisure, youth information, work with nonorganized youngsters, their motivation to be involved, participate. The second part is based on social work, therapy and shelterd workshops and volunteering. Project includes main issue as a intercultural understanding, respect, european topics and diversity. Main elements of the project are: life in local community – motivation, activisation, information and work with young people, providing the option, opportunities and possibilities to the community.
