Education and Training Center in Dobieszkow is a national entity executing complex tasks of OHP in vocational education and prevention of marginalization and social exclusion. As part of the project "Be PRO. Proficient in the profession" will be trained 20 young workers, who are wards of the OHP. The beneficiaries of our actions will be young people aged 16-18 years, apprenticed as a cook, a carpenter and a hairdresser. Young people coming into the center, usually comes from socially disadvantaged backgrounds and risk of marginalization. It is young people seeking institutional support and care. Priority for admission to the facility have young people in a difficult financial and social situation. Proteges of OHP, and at the same time, the project participants, often come from poor and dysfunctional families, coming from small towns and villages and participation in this project offers them a unique opportunity for professional and personal, impossible to achieve under standard educational support. In total, the activities will be covered by the 20 participants, selected finally in detail the planned recruitment process. In accordance with the principle of rationality project is planned in the long term and the activities will be covered by the vast majority of eligible to participate trainees. They will improve their professional qualifications in two rounds, in groups of 10 people. A two-week duration of the practice seems to be optimal because of the age of the beneficiaries as well as the continuity of school education. The objectives of the project and its target group fit into the assumptions of European policy in the field of vocational training and consistent current policies and guidelines in this regard. According to them, the project focuses on education and professional development and inclusive, which should increase employment opportunities, promote good quality career, allowing gain experience, confidence, professional integrity, and open opportunities for satisfaction and development in working and private life. The main idea behind our work is the skillful combination of the implementation of two overarching objectives striving to develop skills and acquire work experience and personal competence development of young people. The first of these is provide specific professional skills, enabling and motivating for further education, making the correct career choices and the functioning of the labor market. Realized be participants in the two-week professional internship in Spanish companies. The second will be achieved through the implementation of a comprehensive planned language and intercultural workshops, which will begin during the preparatory phase, in Poland, and its complement will be workshops, language cours, tours and meetings organized by the host institution in Spain. The methodology developed by both partners during of many years of training is geared to maximum activation, the development of creativity, entrepreneurial young people. Avoiding the passive method applies to all planned activities ranging from recruitment, during which students will have to motivate their willingness participate in the project, to the dissemination of results, which will consist of materials generated by them under the guidance of tutors. The implementation of the goals, mmake the students will receive a high dose of theoretical and practical knowledge and motivation to further enhance knowledge and skills. This will develop the intellectual and social development of young people. Important thing is, acquired knowledge and skills will be confirmed in the relevant documents. It is connected with another expected results - supporting the mobility of workers. Theproject will have the greatest impact on its direct beneficiaries. However, through the development of co-operation and dissemination of the results will also affect positively on the business of both partner institutions, other participants in the OHP, the local community and the labor market in terms of the local and wider. Our partnership activities are focused on long-term effects. As organizers of vocational education and training we want to support labor mobility, giving an international dimension for vocational training, and creating international networks. The project is part of a strategy of for closer linking government organizations, businesses, social partners in to disseminate learning by practice, including apprenticeships and increase the number of trainees, especially the low-skilled.
