The project idea started after organising projects with organisations that are partner in this project. We aim to provide non-formal learning opportunities for youngster with fewer opportunities by performing the project. Siirt Gençlik Sosyal Gelişim Derneği is the coordinator organization which will distribute the grant and prepare the reports of the project. In addition, Hosting organizations will help for preparation of the reports.The activities are related with gender quality and urban/rural development.The volunteers are youngsters with fewer opportunities. Expected results of the project;
• to raise European Awareness among youngsters
• to enable youngsters get new information, skills and experiences
• to increase quality of youth works
• to enable the partner organisations get new experiences
• to encourage youngster with fewer opportunities for active participation
Volunteers will work alongside qualified members of staff as a supernumerary assistant and will be actively involved in the development of the day program of occupational therapy. The assignment of the volunteers will be fixed by prior consultation with staff members. Volunteers could develop their own ideas for activities into a personal project if they wish- creative ideas are always welcome, during a week the activities are planning brain storming preparing.The the target group for this performance is youth councils, youth centres for fewer opportunities in the city.The volunteer will take part in a language training for arranged by the hosting organisation. The aim of the language training is the command of oral every day speech. In this project after talking to hosting organisation we decided volunteers to host for 2 and 3 months. Hosting organisation will firstly see motivation letter of volunteer then they will decided to host.Sending organisation will be responsible for organising volunteer in frame of criterion of hosting organisation.
