"Be ON life not online "It's a project that brings together young people from the three countries Poland, Spain and Italy at the age between 17-23 years, which notes the problem, which is the abuse of the Internet and social media. This problem mainly affects young people, so participants exchange are also in the group risk. Within 7 days of the exchange in the region Świętokrzyskie participants with the help of the therapist and the addicts will learn what is this addiction, and how to avoid it. In the exchange will be attended by 39 participants (including 3 leaders) who, thanks to the exchange of experiences, views and working together they will learn how to rationally use the Internet, social media and consumer electronics. This knowledge and skills they will communicate in a "zone of silence- zone without the Internet and consumer electronics," which will organize in the center of Kielce for the locals. we will create the flashmob, which we will present next to "zones of silence" to draw attention to the problem of residents which is the abuse of the Internet, social media and consumer electronics. Throughout the exchange will use the methods of non-formal education. Widespreding of result of the exchange will covered by posting information on social media, create a promotional video about logout to the life and making it shared on the website of the all partners organizations, participation in radio audition and publishing written article on the issues of exchange.
