This project has provided to 8 graduates of EPAD (2 trainees from the Technical Course of Tourism, 2 from the Technical Course of Design, 2 from the Technical Course of Photography and 2 graduates from the Technical Course of Child Support) the opportunity to develop a work experience outside the national territory, contributing to their personal and professional enrichment. It has also acquired a transnational strategic vision of working life, social and cultural development of the host countries.
The project sought to increase the quality of interpersonal relationships, personal, social and relational skills. This exchange and sharing of experiences enabled the foster teamwork, tolerance and respect and acceptance of others.
The students from EPAD also had the opportunity to develop the learning of new languages and innovative practices of training in a work context.
The stage was made in a working environment, in which half (6 weeks) was integrated into the transnational mobility. This mobility took place between April and June 2015.
The 2 students of the Technical Course of Tourism performed stage at the Gran Hotel Husa Zurbarán in the city of Badajoz in Spain. This partnership was suggested by IES San Fernando Center Badajoz.
The two trainees from the Technical Course of Child Support conducted their training in a kindergarten in the city of Vaasa (Vaasa Inglês Playschool) in Finland, according to the statement of the partner YA! Vocational Education and Training, which had been renewed.
The 2 students from the Technical Course of Design and the other 2 from the Technical Course of Photography held their training in the work in Afromedianet NGO, in the city of Seyssel, in France.
This experience provided the trainees the acquisition and enrichment of their personal and professional skills, as well as the adequacy of learning and contact with a different linguistic and cultural level. Yet provided the confrontation with the different realities of the countries involved.
These skills and abilities were assessed and recognized either by the tutors of the host authorities or by the tutors of EPAD, by completing quantitative evaluation grids, plugs summaries, final reports, certificates issued by the warm and Europass Mobility entities.
