The "Be creative! Project: Multiculturalism and identity. Film and theater in united Europe" consisted of two youth exchanges. the idea of ​​the project was to exchange experiences, broadening their horizons to look at the world of young people. Achieving these goals enabled the workshop theater and film, thanks to the participants plunged their knowledge and gained valuable new experience. In each of the exchanges involved 40 people who willingly share their creativity, skills and artistic talents. The project participants have the opportunity to participate in workshops with actors, created etudes, they got involved in the discussions and activities. The project made the participants learned how to break down the barriers associated with anxiety and stress, before public speeches. Building confidence, build relationships plays a key role at the present time, both for social as well as the unions. Certainly bring benefits to project participants.
