Be Active + is a project of “Youth Changing that will be come true in Aydın. That project will be gone through with 35 participants from 3 countries including Georgia, Romania and Turkey. Our local participants consist of Aydın Girl Professional High School’s girl students and Aydın Youth Center’s boy students. The project activities organising in the centre of Aydın, Şirince Village, Kuşadası and Karacasu between the dates 06.10.2014-12.10.2014, will be practised as one sports activity in a day. The practising activities in the area of basketball, volleyball, tennis, orienteering, trekking, cycling will make the students love. While these activities are practising, brain storms, performing a team, warming activities and giving prizes will make the project more colourful. The youth will develop their friendship and communication with the youth having different cultures. They will adopt healthier physical and mental, active extrovert living model by leaving passive style of living. It will be given enough interests and importance to the Youth Project. They will be able to learn working as a team and discover the power of realising spirit. They will raise the degree of basic skills and competences and focus on work so that they will be more confident. Intercultural learning and non-formal skills training method will be developed and intercultural dialogue and solidarity will be increased. They will develop their basic skills such as digital and multilingualism. They will get the power of coping with stress and against difficulties of life.
