Training course ''Be Active Be Employed'' is concentrated on youth unemployment which is one of the crucial problems nowadays is Europe. The financial crisis, although not so strong anymore, left this problem very visible in many European countries and the percentage of unemployed youth is constantly growing, threatening younger generations. This training course aims to develop the competences of youth workers, youth leaders, volunteers and multipliers in order to motivate young people to change their current situation and to make change in their community through personal action plan which will make them desirable on job market. The training course will be held in Vienna, between 16th and 23rd July 2015 and will involve 24 participants coming from Austria, Armenia, Croatia, Georgia, Poland and Spain. Activities planned will be focused on non-formal learning approach and will be linked directly to the topic concerned. Participants will have chance to share their experiences and ideas for better future. As part of intercultural learning, participants will have chance to do national presentations and workshops. The aim is to encourage young people to be more active in public, social and political life of their community, thus making it stronger and prosperous. Training course will include workshops on tolerance and will allow participants to work on the follow-up ideas of this training course. It will allow them to gain more knowledge about European citizenship, inclusion and how to get employed. Methods used will include different workshops, roleplays, open cafe space, forum theatre, simulation exercises, debates, team building exercises. At the beginning participants will be asked about their expectations and fears as well as their personal contributions to this training course and according to that the final agenda will also be made. The applicant organization ''Progressum'' will also be hosting organization in charge of the quality of participants' stay in Vienna during this training course.
