The Contact-Making seminar "BBEE : BUILDING BRIDGES WITH EASTERN EUROPE" will gather youth workers from 26 youth organisations from 20 different European countries (14 Programme countries : France, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, Denmark, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Malta, Germany, Republic of Macedonia, Turkey, and 6 Eastern Partnership countries : Georgia, Belarus, Moldova, Ukraine, Armenia, and Azerbaidjan). It will take place from 20 to 24 August in Tbilisi, GEORGIA. The aim of this Contact-Making event is to build up partnerships for future youth exchanges focussing on entrepreneurship and employability. Its main objectives are : -to bring together organisations from Programme and Eastern Partnership countries working with young people in order to develop new international youth exchanges with participation of countries from Eastern Europe; to share ideas and experience in areas of common interest; - to exchange and discuss different ways of how a youth exchange can contribute to employability and entrepreneurship; and to provide participants with support for partner finding. The objectives of this Contact Making event will be achieved both through experience-sharing and more formal information sessions and modules. All the knowledge, skills and attitude changes resulting from it aim to contribute to the improvement of the quality of future projects organised by this Contact Making event participants. The potential longer term benefits of this Event : it will promote Eastern Europe and Caucasus region among partners from Programme Countries; - the participants will stay in touch with the Event partner organisations by Social Networking sites (as Facebook) in order to develop further international projects in future.
