BANI EUROPENI PENTRU MOBILITATE VET,CARIERA EUROPEANA SI MEDIU

The project "European money for VET mobility, European career and Environment" was addressed VET trainees and staff of 3 high schools from Harghita County that offer technological training in natural resources and environmental protection profile.It aimed: 1st objective: professional training for 48 VET trainees from the high schools of the PraxEurope consortium for improving competences (knowledge, abilities and skills) concerning monitoring physical and chemical characteristics of natural water in an international context acknowledged at home for obtaining personal and social qualification and development. 2nd objective: pedagogical competences and refreshing special professional knowledge, personal and social development of 8 VET teachers from the high schools of the PraxEurope consortium through experimenting with and monitoring new pedagogical methods and techniques in VET schools from other countries for obtaining additional qualities in professional training offered for students in the domain of environmental protection. 3rd objective: partnership for Hungarian Vocational Schools in Harghita County for a better cooperation and mobility at a European level. The participants were: - students from the twelfth grade of the three partner vocational schools - Puskás Tivadar Vocational High School, Eötvös József Vocational High School and Kós Károly Vocational High School - with the qualification: Environmental Science and Protection Technician. - VET staff - teachers specialized in environmental protection. The first, VET trainees, attended traineeships in VET institutions in Portugal with training at the workplaces between: ? first group: 20.01-02.02.2015,12 students ? second group: 04.02- 17.02.201518 students ? third group:19.02-04.03.2015, 18 students This traineeships corresponded to the professional training, the Module no.IV, The Chemistry and biology of natural water from National Curriculum and aimed at achieving learning outcomes that has been recognized using ECVET (European System of Transferable Credits). Since the students were in XII grade, very close to graduation, the effects of this project were felt right away.The results were recognized by sending schools and included in qualification that these young people from Harghita County have achieved it. The VET staff attended one-week of Observation/ Job shadowing.The activity was carried out between 30.03-10.04.2015, 12 days at at Escola de Alcochete which is part of Agrupamento de Escolas de Alcochete,Portugal,the receiving partner. Its results, the professional and personal development of teachers, has/ will contribute to the improvement of the educational activity and the professional training system, reaching a European and international level. In this project Liceul Tehnologic Puskas Tivadar and Agrupamento de Escolas de Alcochete were involved in students preparation,linguistic and intercultural training. The sustainability of this project is ensured by the methodological portfolio and the new practices which are going to be implemented by the VET staff at the partner schools. The expertise and experience gained by teachers in the three partner schools of the consortium PraxEurope in organizing VET mobility for learning abroad, the national and international partnerships have provided increasing number of students and teachers mobile in Erasmus +. They have enabled us to make steps towards internationalization of education and training in our educational institutions and, hopefully, accreditation.
