Our project called “Internship Mobility from Balıkesir to Germany and Czech Republic” consists of students from Accountancy, Child Development and Education and Information Technologies departments of Muzaffer Leman Akpınar Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School doing 2 weeks long internship according to their fields in Germany and Czech Republic.The objectives of the project for our students are:- Developing their professional skills by getting European Experience- By spending two weeks in Germany and Czech Republic getting to know new cultures and widen their visions- By communicating and getting lectures in English, developing their foreign language skillsAnother objective of the project is providing a experience in project application and management processes for our school and school staff. By getting experience in project management, our staff can create more innovative and efficient project in accordance with the strategic development plan of the school.The project participants are a total of 42 students from Accountancy, Child Development and Education and Information Technologies departments of Muzaffer Leman Akpınar Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School. In each mobility there will be 14 participant from the related department. Our students continue their education in 10th abd 11th grade.The project will be completed in 1 year time and there will be preparation, mobility, dissemination and evaluation activities. The main activities of the project are 3 mobility activities that will be carried out in Germany and Czech Republic. The two of the mobility activities will be carried out in Czech Repulic and one of the mobility activity will be carried out in Germany.The first mobility activity will be carried out in Czech Republic's Karlinska Trade Academy for Accountancy students. 14 students will do internship about “Integration Process in Computer Accountancy” between 11.03.2017 – 26.03.2017. The second mobility will be realized in Czech Republic's Materska Skola Tyrsovka by our Child Development and Education students. 14 participants will do internship about “Leisure and Playing Activities in Early Childhood” between 08.04.2017 – 23.04.2017. The third mobility activity will be carried out in Germany's Berufskolleg Ostvest. 14 Information Technologies will do internship about “Drawing and Simulation of Circuitry by Computer” between 13.05.2017 – 28.05.2017Methodology of the project is practicing methods for our students to get practical professional experience and understand the Eurpoean dimension in their fields. With the implementation of the project, participant accountancy students can do integration processes in computer, participant child development and education students will recognise innovative approaches in leisure and playing activities in early childhood and the participant information technologies students will do circuit design and simulation processes with the help of a computer.The participant students will also become more self-confident and recognise the importance social and cultural diversity. The participant students will also develeop their English speaking and uasge of vocational English vocabulary skills. All of these skills acquired and experiences will be used by the participants in labour market in order to get employed.The project which will be implemented by our school will also increase our school's institutional capacity and project management.With the recognising of Eurpean dimension in vocational education and training, quality of the vocational education and training in our country will increase. The preference of vocational high schools by the students and their families will be affected positively with the increase of quality.
