The project sets out to promote training for trainers in non formal and continuous vocational training. A primary aim is to define a 'Model of competences' for trainers and disseminate this; furthermore, an analysis of best practice will give rise to a 'Transfer Model'. This model will come by through experimentation and will focus on the introduction of Study Circles to allow transmission of innovation amongst SMEs. This project will also address gender equality and social dialogue. The project partners, representing three countries, will analyse existing material to gather best practice already in place to define the competences for trainers and experts and the development of the Transfer Model for the SMEs. In an effort to ensure the transferability of the model between countries 3 other European countries outside the partnership - the UK, Latvia and Spain will participate in the project through the Study Circles and hence also involve trainers and experts to learn about and utilise this model. Results will disseminated in print, via the internet and in a major transnational conference.
