With our project, which starts off with the aim of being the pioneer among the vocational high schools, it is planned to take a big step for the qualities that the teachers and directors should have. The changes in technological fields, in educational processions and correspondingly in students' profiles, makes the teachers eager to change too. Students, teachers and the school staff should have information about the structure and process of Vocational and Technical education especially in the European countries and they should make the necessary deductions and reflect them to their educational lives. For this reason, it is planned to increase the equipments and the pedagogical skills of all our colleagues in our school with the collaborations, competitions and projects that are carried out in the national and international levels. When the measurable changes in the linguistic and vocational skills and in the leadership qualities reach a large mass by dissemination activities, we will be reached our goal of being the leader constitution in the education world considerably. Our school, which has planned student-centered studies ideally with 6 student mobility project conducted in Aircraft Maintenance department, Tübitak Project Competition experience and eTwinning studies; has taken yet a different turn with this project about teachers' progress. A compatible study process with the Project Execution Commission is planned by conducting in accordance with the participant selection criteria for the project that is planned to execute to 5 different destinations with the participation of 10 teachers and 2 directors. With its control,our project which is a dynamic process that will be ended with the passing of the results to the report will be successful by the Project 's goal of keeping the communication at the highest level.The management process is planned based on Agile which is one of the project management and development methods which is being used by our ICT Department teachers for the evaluation of the software development process.To achieve our goals with the methods which are dynamic and capable of responding to the needs and also can be effected by the least damage because of changing conditions is not only our dream but also it is our goal. The effective usage of social networks and eTwinning will be the most important materials for improving our communication during the dissemination process. We will find the opportunities for improving the awareness of developing and desiring new projects for new population when we make new sharings at the national and international level with the help of our Directorate of National Education web page . With our motto which was declared in the European development strategic priorities: 'Smart growth with efficient investments about education,research and innovation',we will have walked with the sure steps on the road of establishing new sahring areas and collaboration with European colleagues.
